Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from SDAI, a trading name of Stealthy Drones Pty Ltd (Carramar, Western Australia). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices: all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Postage is free anywhere in Australia. We post within Australia only.

Personalised orders: we send a free proof for personalised work and engrave only what you approve, so please check names, dates and spelling carefully. If you buy a personalised item online before we've made your proof, we'll email you for your details within 1 business day. If you're not happy with the proof, tell us before approving it and we'll refund you in full. We can't accept responsibility for errors in an approved proof. Laser engraving inside crystal and on natural materials such as slate can show small natural variations; these aren't faults.

Your photos and designs: by sending us a photo, logo or design you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline work that uses someone else's trademark or artwork without permission, or that is offensive or unlawful. We only use your photos for your order and ask before showing your piece publicly.

Liability: to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed event, if an order is delayed by circumstances outside our control.
