Refund policy

SDAI (Stealthy Drones Pty Ltd, Carramar WA). Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email eg@sdai.au with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it.

Personalised items: we send a free proof by email before we engrave anything. If you're not happy with the proof, tell us before approving it and we'll refund you in full. Once a proof is approved and engraved, we can't refund for change of mind.

Ready-to-go items: unused items can be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Return postage is paid by you.

Damaged in the post: crystal is carefully packed; if it arrives broken, send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it.
